If your son or daughter has a cell phone, you know you need to limit their time on their phones. We’re talking about things we can do to make our families better. In addition to eating dinner together, make sure their mobile device time is coupled with quality non-electronic time. What do I mean? Find some great movies or TV shows, board games, books, and outdoor activities to do together. Rather than creating an absolute time limit, you may want to consider beneficial screen time versus playtime. No kid should spend every waking moment on their mobile device. But they shouldn’t be punished for reading Keys for Kids devotionals, listening to Keys for Kids Radio at keysforkids.net, or reading or listening to God’s Word either.
