Resurrection Sunday isn’t just a happy ending—it’s the victory. Jesus didn’t only rise from the dead. He defeated death, Satan, and proved every promise of Scripture true. Jesus said beforehand, “The Son of Man must be killed and after three days rise again” (Mark 8:31). He did exactly that. Let’s tell our kids this: if Jesus stayed in the grave, Christianity would be a nice story. But because He rose, it’s the truth. The resurrection means sin is paid for and believers have eternal life. The empty tomb reminds us we don’t follow a memory—we follow a living Savior. Resurrection Sunday gives the final answer to fear: Jesus wins forever.
