Happy Fourth of July! What is that anyway?

July 4^th—the day the United States celebrates our independence from England. FREEDOM. Funny thing is, many Americans MAY know July 4^th as Independence Day, but few remember England’s connection. As parents, if our kids don’t know the significance of the Fourth of July, that’s our fault. Even more important than knowing historic dates, they need to know Bible stories—stories that teach great biblical truths.
