Who wants to be sick, right? I certainly don’t. Question: should we worry about that? The COVID-19 pandemic brought fear into the lives of many families. Do we exhibit so much fear that we need to search ourselves to see if we’re worried to the point of sin? It’s easy to do. We care about our kids, don't we? We also care about ourselves. That virus killed a lot of people. And as followers of Christ, our confidence has to be in Christ alone. Paul was concerned about his thorn in the flesh. He understood, though, that to live is Christ, but to die is gain—more of Christ. Why do we worry or fear? Remember our kids are watching us. Are we teaching confidence in Christ, or endless worry?
