I was on my motorcycle during a hot spell in Michigan recently. One of my favorite places to visit is a beach community in our area. But this year, to my surprise, I had to leave. The number of under-dressed bikini-clad women walking the streets was unbelievable. Seriously, I was embarrassed. I found myself yelling, “Put some clothes on” under my breath. My question is, what are we doing to encourage our Christian young ladies to dress modestly? As Christians, the message should be, “We’re not like the world. We’re Christ-followers.” Skimpy swimming suits probably don’t say that.
