Talking to your teen about sex can be awkward—but if we’re silent, culture isn’t. It’s shouting lies that confuse and distort God’s design. 1 Thessalonians 4:3 says, “It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality.” Purity isn’t about shame. It’s about living the beautiful life God intended. Start the conversation. Be honest, age-appropriate, and biblical. As Christians, make it about honoring God, not rules. Remind them of grace—no one is perfect, but Jesus restores. Paint a vision of “yes” to God’s best. Teens don’t need lectures. They need love, clarity, and truth. And remember: purity isn’t just physical—it’s spiritual too.
