It’s fall. The leaves are changing in the north. School’s in full swing. And we’re just a few weeks away from Halloween. Do we let our kids go trick-or-treating or NOT? Some have taken a hard stand against it. Others say it’s harmless. Others are choosing to be a light in the darkness and promote Jesus to kids who come to their door. I’m not going to take a stand for or against it—that’s your decision—but here are some suggestions if you choose to be a light. You can hand out our Keys for Kids devotional storybooks that you can order at shop.keysforkids.org. You can also pass them out at your church’s harvest festival or trunk-or-treat event where you can clearly present the gospel.
