“Who am I?” That question starts long before the teen years. Today’s kids are forming their identity through YouTube, friends, and yes—even cartoons. But the world doesn’t get to define our kids—God does. Psalm 139:14 says, “I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Some say kids were born in the wrong body. No, they weren’t. They’re image-bearers of God. Help them see their worth is in Christ, not clothes, talents, or societal lies. When they feel unloved or unseen, remind them they’re known by the Creator. And when their friends say otherwise, teach them to stand strong in the truth. Start building that identity in Christ today—it lasts far longer than any trend.
