Our kids are old enough to ask deep questions—so how are we answering them? Do they know the Gospel is for them personally? It’s not just a Sunday school story—it’s life-changing truth. Romans 10:9 tells us, “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Our job is to help our kids connect the dots. Read Scripture together. Ask them what they believe. Don’t just tell them what to think—ask them why they think it. Make conversations about faith a regular thing. Show how you depend on Jesus every day. Salvation is personal—it’s between them and God. But your guidance may be what helps them get there.
