We all want to raise emotionally secure and spiritually grounded kids, don’t we? We can start by investing in our marriage. When kids see love, forgiveness, and respect modeled between Mom and Dad, they’re more likely to reflect those values. Ephesians 5 tells us how. Husbands, be examples, “love your wives, just as Christ loved the church…” That love is sacrificial, patient, and constant. Wives, you too have responsibilities, too. Kids learn how to treat others—and how God treats us—by watching you. Disagreements happen for sure. Handle them with humility. Say sorry. Forgive each other. Laugh often. Play and pray together. A healthy marriage isn’t perfect—it’s Christ-centered. Want your child to know God’s love? Show them and tell them.
