I was in Egypt recently planning for the Keys for Kids Arabic translation. Kids in Egypt NEED your support, as they need Jesus. But while I was there, I met a taxi driver who said, “Most Americans are nicer than Egyptians.” He’s never been out of Egypt, so how would he know? I told him, well, he’d be surprised. And, as he was telling me how nice I was, I was thinking to myself, “I’m nice because I really am concerned about his heart.” I also couldn’t help but think about how many American Christians don’t even think about lost people around them, let alone in Egypt. As parents, we need to be talking about this with our kids. If we’re not, how are they ever going to get a passion to reach the lost?
